The PropWorx Picture and Document Organiser is integrated with Microsoft Outlook for all sent items. All emails and SMSes sent from PropWorx are date stamped and logged under the Files Notes of their respective files as well as under the Document's Tab where all Emails, Statements and Documents can be viewed and resent.
